The real estate business is a highly lucrative industry, with massive amounts of money being put into it all the time. This means that there is a great opportunity in the house flipping industry to make a ton of money, renovating run-down properties in high-value zones and selling them for a fat profit or renting them out.

In ‘House Flipper City,’ players must build up their real estate business from scratch. There are run-down houses and apartments all over the city for players to purchase. 

Some are in high-value, wealthy areas, while others are in lower to middle-class residential areas. The cheaper ones won’t have a great return but will be much easier to sell or rent out, and probably cost less to fix up.

Players must carefully choose which ones to buy based on potential profit, and marketability. The properties they buy must be repaired and renovated. If the property is in a wealthy neighborhood it may be wise to go the extra mile and renovate it to be a luxury apartment. These will attract wealthy customers who can afford a hefty price tag.

In the middle or lower-class areas, it would be a good idea to aim for quality but budget building materials, decorations, and furnishings. This will put the properties within the lower classes’ budget but still offer a decent place to live.

Players can choose whether they wish to sell properties for a large amount of money immediately, or whether they would prefer to play the long game and make a consistent income from a property by renting it out instead.

As they progress they will be able to buy more properties, hire more people, and make more money.
