‘For the Hive’ is an insect survival simulation game in a world where you are tiny and everything around you is huge.

In ‘For the Hive,’ you become a tiny insect, and you need to battle to survive the dangers that an insect faces every day while trying to find food, build your colony, and fulfill your role in the insect world.

The game features a vast open world for you to explore with complete freedom. You can climb over rocks, up trees, and even use your tiny little insect wings to fly around! The world is procedurally generated, so your experience will be completely unique every time that you replay the game.

‘For the Hive’ includes strong survival, strategic, role-playing, and exploration elements. You will start at the bottom of the food chain and will need to play it smart if you don’t want to end up inside a predator’s belly!

As you progress, you can build up a strong colony that you can grow with other insects under your rule. Over time you need to try and go higher and higher up the food chain until you get as high up it as your potential allows.

You can build an insect army to attack and invade other insect colonies, raid their supplies, and destroy their armies. You can also choose the diplomatic path and forge alliances with neighboring insect colonies.

Your goal is to survive, and then ultimately thrive in the insect kingdom!

‘For the Hive’ is developed by ‘Arcane Worlds,’ and is coming to Steam in late 2022, according to the developers.
