Neighbors are unique people. For some reason, across the globe, for centuries, neighbors have found ways to irritate, creep out, and otherwise cause conflict and chaos for each other. 

Plenty of people have great neighbors, but almost without fail, every neighborhood has its set of bad neighbors that just can’t seem to get along with everybody else.

‘Hello Neighbor 2’ gives players the honor of interacting with, not just bad neighbors, but absolutely horrifying neighbors. Players play as investigative journalists. For investigative journalists, secretive behavior and creepy mysteries are absolutely irresistible.

Players find themselves in a neighborhood filled with people that mostly keep to themselves and prefer it if strangers leave them alone and don’t come around digging into their business. However, this particular neighborhood has an especially creepy residence whose inhabitant is shrouded in mystery. 

Nobody knows what goes on in his house, or why the dark-haired, mustachioed gentlemen behave as strangely as he does, going out for walks alone in the park in the middle of the night and a series of other odd behaviors.

Nobody has the nerve to dig deeper and try to find out what’s going on, leaving players no choice but to bring their investigative skills fully to bear and trying to expose the creepy gentleman’s secrets.

Players must investigate this man, making use of a variety of investigative techniques including surveillance, questioning other neighbors, and perhaps even a little breaking and entering…
