Rome lives on in history as a city and an empire of great power, wealth, and knowledge. During its height, Rome was the center of the civilized world, ruling over most of the known world at the time. As with most great empires, Rome rose and it fell.

‘The Forgotten City’ revives the glories of ancient Rome as it takes players back almost 2000 years to the time when the Roman Empire was the mightiest force on the planet. 

In ‘The Forgotten City’ players must travel back in time to an ancient underground Roman city that lives under the harsh grip of a cruel curse, where if any person dares to sin, the entire city perishes.

Players must explore the open-world Roman city on a quest to discover the identity of the people or entities that destroyed the city. They must use “reason, charm, bribery, intimidation, violence, or by cleverly exploiting the time-loop” to find out what they need to know and get to the places they need to go.

According to developers, the game is a non-linear mystery with multiple endings, and every decision made by players will have an impact on the outcome of the game and the success of the player in discovering who destroyed the city.

‘The Forgotten City’ has received ratings of over 9/10 from more than ten major gaming review sites including IGN, Gamespot, and the Game Informer.
