According to developers, ‘Democracy 4’ is built on a new neural network that simulates the differing opinions and beliefs of thousands of individuals, just like the differing opinions and beliefs of people in real life. This means that players will have to navigate the tricky waters of keeping everyone as happy as possible and catering to the needs of the vast majority of people.

‘Democracy 4’ gives anyone a chance to trial their political beliefs and theories and see whether they are truly able to do a better job than the people currently in office.
