Fear is as common as the air breathed on earth. Fear is, in fact, the key to keeping people alive and preventing them from doing stupid stuff that will get them killed. However, people do also have random, unreasonable fears. Fears that are so deep and so dark, that, should they come to life, would be too terrifying to face.

‘Dark Moonlight’ throws players into a world created from every fear, doubt, and mental issue ever faced by the game’s protagonist, ‘Dave Kellerman.’ His phobias and mental health issues drove him to try an experimental therapy. This therapy throws him into a world created from his fear. A world that knows exactly what he fears most, and how he fears he will fail.

Players must place themselves in Dave Kellerman’s shoes and fight to survive their worst nightmares as they come to life all around them and try to destroy Dave Kellerman in his own mind.

The only way to truly overcome these fears and win the battle to survive is through the power of the mind. The mind is the key to solving all the puzzles that are required to break free from Dave’s fears and fight the demons in his mind with ruthless ferocity.

Players must fight demon bosses throughout the game to progress toward freeing Dave from his fears and rescuing him from the trap that his fears and mind have created for him. Each beast is different and has unique powers and abilities. Some are even able to resurrect themselves, so it is always prudent to watch Dave’s back like a hawk…

‘Dark Moonlight’ is developed by ‘Silent Bear Studio.’ The developers state that the game features AAA-level graphics and a rollercoaster of a storyline to create the ultimate immersive survival horror experience for the players. The release date for the game on Steam is still TBA.
