Becoming a soldier of fortune is something that has been glamorized throughout the ages as a career of fame, bravery, and money. In reality, becoming a soldier of fortune, a mercenary, is dangerous, often highly unpleasant, and doesn’t always pay as much as people are led to believe.

In ‘CROWZ’ players take on the role of a mercenary, known as a ‘CROW’ in a post-apocalyptic world ruled by greed and battle ridden as the surviving humans murder each other for valuable minerals brought to earth during the meteor showers that destroyed most of the planet and killed millions of people.

‘CROWZ’ features two primary modes. The first is a squad-based mode where players load into an open-world map with their squad and must reach and retrieve deposits of Q-on, a valuable mineral, for whichever nation hired them to get it.

Players will be required to battle enemy mercenary squads, as well as other elements such as falling meteorites and the harmful bodily effects of bad lifestyle choices and habits.

The second mode is based on the concept of control, or search and destroy, where there are two large teams of players fighting for control of several Q-on deposits in large-scale team battles.

The game is currently still in development, however, developers have made a demo mode available for players to download and try the game out, bearing in mind that various improvements and adjustments will still be made.
