A deadly war rages on. Thousands upon thousands of men, women, and children are falling to the brutal scythe of the Grim Reaper as he makes his rounds across corpse-strewn battlefields and through burning cities… The death and destruction are sickening, and someone must put a stop to it!

Playing as young Finn, you embark on a mission to put an end to the war and to all the horror and bloodshed that it is causing. Your journey will not be easy. You will need to defeat powerful enemies and make decisions that will have monumental consequences! 

Every decision that you make will impact the outcome of the game. There are over 20 different endings, and not all of them are good…

‘Ash of the Gods: The Way,’ focuses heavily on tactical decision-making as part of the game’s combat mechanics. Each fight will be unique, with different circumstances, enemies, and fighting conditions. 

To win you will need to make critical decisions in the heat of battle. It would be wise to consider the terrain and other influential factors while you are planning your fight and making decisions during battle. 

Only a true master tactician will be able to survive fighting against superior enemy numbers, attacking checkpoints, and challenging terrifying bosses!

‘Ash of the Gods: The Way,’ is developed by ‘Aurum Dust,’ and has not yet been released on Steam. The game was nominated for ‘Best PC Game’ at the 2021 ‘Indie Cup.’
