‘Wayward Strand’ is a narrative adventure that takes place high up in the sky, above the chaos and the pain that runs rampant on the Earth’s surface.

You play as young ‘Casey Beaumaris.’ You’re on school holiday, and you’ve been asked to help out aboard the flying hospital where your mom works! 

Besides being a chance to help people in need, this is the perfect opportunity for you to write an absolute scoop of a story for your high school newspaper. Once you’ve packed up your stuff and hopped aboard the hospital, the adventure begins!

Every single person in the hospital has a story. Some stories are tragic, some are gripping, and others are plain and boring. As you help sick and hurt people in the hospital, you get to know some of the patients. You also overhear stories and events unfold for the people around you.

Your goal is to learn and discover the stories of people’s lives for your paper. To find out more about people, you can follow them and eavesdrop on their conversations.

Walking around and exploring the hospital thoroughly can also give you ample opportunity to stumble across fascinating stories that will have your readers hanging onto every word!

Every patient, passenger, and crew member in the hospital has a completely unique story that will run simultaneously with your own. This means that the other characters’ lives will continually change as time passes. 

This, combined with the incredible number of characters in the hospital, means that the game is highly replayable, with an incredible variety of different stories to discover! 

Don’t forget to help some sick patients in between all your sleuthing!
