‘Lord Winklebottom Investigates’ is a murder mystery set in the 1920s that is inspired by Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie, but features a rather taller detective than they did… ‘Lord Winklebottom’ is a “dashing giraffe” who also happens to be a master at tracking down crooks!

The story begins with a rather unusual invitation to a remote island far from people and places. Things quickly turn horribly sour with a spine-chilling murder that calls for the aid of the best detective known to man and beast if there is any hope of catching the crook before it’s too late.

You play as Lord Winklebottom and investigate the murder with the assistance of your loyal assistant, Dr. Frumple. The murder you are investigating is not just any murder though. It is the murder of a close friend, making the investigation personal, and even more important!

Interrogate a collection of “bizarre” characters, hunt for clues, create hypotheses, and solve “dozens” of complex puzzles in your mission to solve the murder of your friend. You will discover a dark secret that lies at the heart of the “Isle of Barghest,” one that will let you bring the murderer to justice!

‘Lord Winklebottom Investigates,’ is developed by ‘Cave Monsters.’ The game is scheduled for official release during the second quarter of 2022, however, no official release date has been confirmed yet.
