Thanks to recent genre combinations, he has gained an undying love for rogue-like games just as long as their soundtrack is connected to Supergiant.

As a reviewer of games, he looks first through the eyes of a father who is eager to pass along a game to his children that will awaken their imaginations as much as it has his own. Contrived games do not score well, but games that awaken the imagination and spur the mind to consider "what if" for hours after the program is closed score well.
