RJSterling has been a professional gamer since the first 64-bit gaming system, Atari (Jaguar), was released. Yes. That's 1993. With having 26 years of gaming experience, this expert gamer geek has seen generations of gaming developments from pixelated graphics to NVIDIA GeForce.
While pursuing gaming as hobby, RJSterling went on to complete his Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing and Journalism. He went on to become a prestigious, published author and won the Edgar Allan Award in 2011 for his Horror/Thriller short story, The Cleansing, which is currently in production for NYC's SunDance Film Festival.
As RJSterling pursued his education, he pursued his gaming hobby and sought to converge both of his skill sets together to write for the gaming industry. He specializes in FPS games such as Overwatch and CoD, but enjoys RPG fantasy games by Bethesda such as Elder Scrolls and Fallout. His past work has helped gamers achieve pro-status in which some have moved on to become successful streamers, while others has honed their skills and joined local and national gaming competitions.
What he loves most about writing about games are hints, tricks, walkthroughs, Easter Eggs, and "how-to" guides, to help gamers be the best they can be--and become more competitive in a growing industry.
