About - Brett L.: If someone were to peek in on my history through a looking glass, they'd see that 55% of the time I'm sitting there absolutely engulfed in a video game. I consider myself a connoisseur in the world of MMORPGs, having extensively explored the worlds of WoW, TERA, Rift, GW2, and FFXIV. I've logged thousands of hours in those games. Even on Minecraft alone, I've invested over 5,000 hours, and used to run a medium sized server for which I wrote articles and maintained the website. I've competed in multiple Halo tournaments and have placed respectably in them. When it comes to writing, I've written for over a dozen of my own blogs over the years. Some of them achieving 10,000+ pageviews per month. Even though I absolutely love adventure games with large open worlds, first person shooters will always take the number one spot as my favorite type of game. I've played too much Halo and COD for that to change. Writing about games brings out my inner child and I find myself not being able to stop my fingers from racing across the keyboard.
