As a postgraduate student, I have had plenty of experience with formal writing. But in all honesty, my true passion lies within the fantasy realm. My favorite types of video games are RPG and Survival Horror. Some of my favorite titles within those genres include The Elder Scrolls Series, World of Warcraft, and The Evil Within.
My favorite thing about writing for video games, and in fiction writing in general, is the creativity that it depends upon. I love analyzing things and picking them apart just so I can put them back together and explain why it is so brilliant. Video games have been one of the loves of my life since I was six, so writing about them seemed like a no brainer.
