10. TYRANITAR

A Dark-type resistant Pokémon. Tyranitar evolves from Pupitar. Since you are going to find many Psychic-types in Raids, Tyranitar is a great option.

• Quick Move: Smack Down
• Main Move: Crunch

• Wild Catch, in the form of Larvitar or pupitar;
• 10km Distance Eggs, in the form of Larvitar

9. GYARADOS

A resistant monster, available for Dark Moves. Gyarados is a dual-type Pokémon(Water and Flying).

• Quick Moves: Dragon Tail
• Main Moves: Crunch

• In the Wild, in the form of Magikarp or Gyarados; 
• 2km Distance Eggs, in the Magikarp's form;
• 1-Star Raids in the Magikarp's form

8. SCIZOR

The Steel-type gives Scizor a good resistance, and its Bug-type ensures double damage against Psychic-types.

• Quick Move: Fury Cutter
• Main Move: X-Scissor

• In the Wild, in the Scyther's form;
• As a reward for a battle against the Team Go Rocket.

7. TOGEKISS

Togekiss it's very strong against Dragon-types, in Raids. Thanks to its Fairy-type, that makes Togekiss resistant against these Pokémons, while can also cause them double-damage.

• Quick Move: Charm
• Main Move: Dazzling Gleam

• In the Wild, in the Togetic's form;
• In 5km Distance Eggs, in the form of Togepi.

6. SYLVEON

It's a Fairy-type evolved from Eevee, who will cause double-damage to Dragon-types, while Sylveon will suffer not much damage from them.

• Quick Move: Charm
• Main Move: Dazzling Gleam

• Wild Catch, in the form of Eevee;
• Equipping Eevee as a buddie, reaching the level two on friendship, and renaming this Eevee as "Kira". (This can be used only once).

5. GARDEVOIR

Gardevoir is a dual-type(Fairy and Psychic) Pokémon, the evolved form of Ralts. Its Fairy-type ensures double-damage and immunity against Dragon-types.

• Quick Move: Charm
• Main Move: Dazzling Gleam

• In the Wild, in the form of Ralts and Kirlia;
• As a reward for defeating the Team Go Rocket, in the Ralts' form.

4. ALOLAN GOLEM

Alolan Golem is both Electric and Rock, these are very resistant types that include efficient Moves against Flying-type Pokémons. I bet it doesn't often see a dentist.

• Quick Move: Rock Throw and Volt Switch
• Main Move: Wild Charge

• As a reward for completing a Field Research or;
• In the Wild, in the Geodude, Graveler or Golem's forms.

3. GLACEON

Ice-type, Glaceon has many effective Moves and a good resistance against Flying-types. This evolved form of Eevee is a great idea for Raids.

• Quick Move: Frost Breath
• Main Move: Avalanche

• In the form of Eevee, in the Wild or;
• As a reward for concluding a Field Research.

2. TYRANITAR

Here we go again! Yeah, you are not crazy(I guess…), this is the second time that we're talking about Tyranitar on this list. The reason is that Tyranitar isn't only the best Pokémon against Psychic-types, but also against Ghost-types. A Dark-type resistant Pokémon. Tyranitar evolves from Pupitar.

• Quick Move: Bite
• Main Move: Crunch

• Wild Catch, in the form of Larvitar or pupitar; 
• 10km Distance Eggs, in the form of Larvitar

1. HONCHKROW

Honchkrow is a strong dual-type Pokémon with a fancy hat. Its Dark-type makes it one of best options against Ghost-types. Besides it, Honchkrow's Flying-type increases its resistance.

• Quick Move: Snarl
• Main Move: Dark Pulse

• In the Murkrow's form, as a reward for defeating the Team Go Rocket;
• In the Wild or;
• After concluding a Field Research.

                         BONUS: SABLEYE

Although not so resistant as the other Pokémons on this list, Sableye has interesting Moves against Ghost-type Pokémons, because they load very fast, allowing a great damage level. Sableye is a Dark-type and Ghost-type Pokémon, and these are the weaknesses of Ghost-types.

• Quick Move: Shadow Claw
• Main Move: Foul Play

• You can get it in the Wild;
• As a reward, after concluding a Special Research;
• In a 2-Stars Raid.
