15. Android 17 

Android 17 is the twin brother of Android 18 and the creation of Dr. Gero. He is currently a park ranger who protects animals from poachers.

Just like many of Dr. Gero’s other creations, Android 17’s main motive was to kill Goku. But as time went on, his motives changed. Android 17’s current motives are to provide for his family and protect the animals.

Android 17 was able to outclass a super Saiyan and withstand the might of a super Namekian. Android 17 was once defeated by Imperfect Cell.

14. Broly 

 Broly is a mighty Saiyan exiled from Planet Vegeta before its destruction. He is the son of Paragus. Broly is part of a lineage of legendary super Saiyan called demonic saiyans who appeared over a thousand years ago.

It is currently unclear what Broly’s motives are.

Broly was able to take down both Goku and Vegeta in their super Saiyan god forms in his base form. When Broly turned into a super Saiyan after seeing his father’s dead body, he was unstoppable. Broly was later defeated by Gogeta.

13. Toppo

 Toppo is the leader of the Pride Troopers, and the next in line to be the God of Destruction of Universe 11. Toppo is a respectful individual, as he shows his opponents respect in the Tournament of Power. Toppo also fights for justice and believes that evil and evildoers should be eliminated immediately.

Toppo’s motives are to fight for justice and eliminate evil.

Toppo was the second-strongest member of the Pride Troopers, even though he was the leader. Toppo is being trained to be the next God of Destruction in his universe. When Toppo gets serious in a fight, he transforms into his God of Destruction, known as Hakaishin Mode. In that form, he put a beatdown on Golden Frieza. Toppo, in his God of Destruction form, lost to Super Saiyan Blue Evolution Vegeta in the Tournament of Power.

12. Gohan

Gohan is a half-blooded Saiyan. He is the son of Goku and Chi-Chi. The older brother to Goten Gohan is the husband of Videl Satan and the father of his daughter, Pan. Gohan is a pacifist and doesn’t like fighting that much compared to his father, but he does if he has to. Currently, Gohan is a college professor at a local university.

Gohan’s motives are just like the rest of the Z fighters. To protect the earth and his loved ones.

Gohan was the first ever Saiyan to reach Super Saiyan 2 in his fight with Perfect Cell. During the Majin Buu arc, Gohan trained with the Supreme Kai to beat Majin Buu. There he gained a form called Ultimate Gohan. This form allows him to use the powers of his Super Saiyan 2 form without transforming. Gohan has been defeated by the likes of Nappa, Vegeta, Recoome, Frieza, Majin Buu, and Super Buu.

11. Jiren

Jiren is a warrior from Universe 11 and the most powerful member of the Pride Troopers. Jiren is considered to be one of the strongest mortals in all of the multiverse.

Jiren’s motive is to be the strongest and fight for truth and justice.

Jiren is considered to be one of the strongest mortals in all of the multiverse and the strongest warrior in Universe 11. He was able to outmatch and outclass every single warrior he faced. He defeated Goku, Vegeta, Hit, and Frieza, the strongest warriors of their respective universes. Jiren was defeated by Mastered Ultra-Instinct Goku.

10. Moro

Moro, better known as Moro the Consumer of Worlds, is a wizard who threatened to destroy Universe 7 about ten million years ago. His powers were sealed away by the Grand Supreme Kai of Universe 7 and locked away by the Galatic Patrol for 10 million years.

Moro’s motives are conquering and destroying worlds in Universe 7.

Moro is one of the strongest beings in Universe 7. He destroyed and conquered worlds in the universe ten million years ago. Moro was able to defeat the strongest supreme kai in the universe. The more planets Moro absorbs, the stronger he gets, and that was proven when he defeated all of the Z-fighters with one hit. Moro was defeated by the Grand Supreme Kai ten million years ago and mastered Ultra Instinct Goku.

9. Vegeta

Vegeta is the prince of all Saiyans and the son of King Vegeta. Vegeta is an elite Saiyan-class warrior. Vegeta was once part of Frieza’s army before he defected. Vegeta is the husband of Bulma and the father of Trunks and Bra. Vegeta is also a rival to Goku. He is also one of only two Saiyans to reach the level of divine energy.

At the beginning of Dragon Ball Z, Vegeta’s motives were pretty clear: become immortal and conquer the universe. Then, once Goku surpassed him, Vegeta’s motives changed to becoming the strongest warrior and killing Goku. Now, his motives are to protect his family, surpass Goku, and become Earth’s true protector.

Vegeta is one of two Saiyans to become Super Saiyan Gods and is on par with Goku in terms of strength. After training with Beerus, Vegeta has gained the power of destruction and unlocked a new form called Ultra Ego. Vegeta lost to Frieza, Android 18, Perfect Cell, Beerus, Jiren, and Broly.

8. Goku

Goku is a Saiyan that was raised on Earth. Before the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Goku’s parents, Bardock and Gine, had sent him to earth as a young child. Goku lost his memory when he hit his head as a child. Goku is the other of the two Saiyans who have reached the level of divine energy. Goku is the husband of Chi-Chi and the father of Gohan and Goten. He is also the grandfather of Pan.

Goku’s motives are to fight strong opponents, get stronger, protect the earth, and protect his loved ones.

In terms of strength, Goku is the third-strongest warrior in the show. He is the only mortal to reach and unlock a level that the Gods of Destruction haven’t reached. Goku has unlocked a form called Perfected Ultra Instinct. A form that only the angels and a few others have reached. Goku has only lost a few battles in his time on the show. He lost to Vegeta in their first battle; he lost to Android 19 (due to the heart virus weakening his body). Goku has forfeited his match against Perfect Cell; Goku lost to Beerus twice; and Goku has lost to Goku Black/Zamasu a few times.

7. Granolah

Granolah is the sole survivor of the Cerealian race that was annihilated by the Saiyans ordered by Frieza. He later became a bounty hunter and sought revenge against Frieza. Granola uses the dragon balls on his home planet to become the strongest warrior in the universe.

Granolah’s motive is to avenge his people by killing those responsible.

After using the dragon balls to become the strongest being in the universe, Granolah was able to defeat a mastered ultra-instinct Goku and an ultra-ego Vegeta. Gas defeated Granolah.

6. Gas

 Gas is a member of the Heeter family. He serves as the muscle of the family and is considered a fighting prodigy.

Gas doesn’t have any personal motives; he just follows his brother’s orders.

After using the Cerealian Dragon Balls to become the strongest being in the universe, Gas was able to take down Granola, Goku, and Vegeta in their most powerful forms. Granolah and Goku defeated Gas; Frieza then killed him.

5. Frieza

Frieza is the younger son of King Cold and the younger brother of Cooler. Frieza is also the galactic emperor of Universe 7 after conquering many worlds and destroying many others as well. Frieza is responsible for the complete annihilation of the Saiyan race, with only a few surviving.

Frieza’s motives are simply world dominance and to kill Goku and Vegeta.

When we were first introduced to Frieza, he was considered the most powerful being in the series. That was due to his transformations. After being defeated by Goku and getting killed by Future Trunks. Frieza was brought to life by his subordinates, and for the first time in his life, he trained. After training, Frieza was able to reach a new form called Golden Frieza, and he was able to keep up with Super-Saiyan god-level Goku and Vegeta. In the manga, Frieza found another hyperbolic time chamber and trained there for one year, becoming the strongest being in the universe and unlocking a form called Black Frieza.

Black Frieza was able to take down both Goku and Vegeta in their strongest forms and kill Gas. Frieza was defeated by Goku, Future Trunks, Vegeta, and Jiren.

4. Beerus

Beerus is the God of Destruction for Universe 7. He sleeps for a decade, and when he wakes up, he destroys planets. Beerus is one of the most feared gods in the multiverse. Beerus loves to eat, which is one of the reasons he doesn’t destroy the earth. As the God of Destruction, he must destroy planets for new ones to be created.

Beerus motives are unknown at the moment. He just does whatever he wants.

People fear Beerus; even the most powerful beings in the universe fear him. A fraction of his power can destroy a whole planet. If Beerus sneezes the wrong way, he’ll destroy half of the planet. No one had ever defeated Beerus in battle.

3. Whis

Whis is an angel assigned to Beerus. He is Beerus’s attendant and martial arts teacher. Whis, along with the other angels, is a child of the Grand Master. Whis is stated to be the strongest being in his respective universe.

Whis’s motives are unclear as well. His job is to make sure that Beerus does his job and doesn’t lose control.

Like many of the angels, Whis has perfected his ultra-instinct, and he can turn it on and off as he pleases. Whis also trained Goku and Vegeta, helping them reach the Super Saiyan God. Whis has never lost a battle.

2. Grand Priest

 The Grand Priest is an angel who serves as an advisor to Zeno. He is the father of all the angels. The Grand Priest enforces the divine decree of Lord Zeno.

The Grand Priest's motives are to serve Zeno and keep order in the universe.

Grand Priest is considered the second-most powerful warrior in the world. It is unclear if Grand Priest has ever fought anyone.

1. Zeno

 Grand Zeno is the supreme ruler of the multiverse and the most powerful being in the multiverse.

Grand Zeno’s motives are to have fun and do whatever he wants.

Grand Zeno can destroy an entire universe just because he wants to and doesn’t care. He destroys planets by playing a game of planet chess. Like the Grand Priest, it is unclear if Zeno has fought in a battle before.
