About - Bryan Hopster: Starting with the Nintendo 64, and currently as an owner of an Xbox One and a laptop with specs way too nice for Runescape, gaming has always been Bryan's passion and a hobby of his throughout his life. Majoring in psychology from the University of Washington, he has used his degree to work with animals professionally. In his free time though, he loves to game and to write. Starting to play Runescape in 2008, he still currently plays Oldschool Runescape, with the goal of maxing his account. Additionally, he wrote sketch comedy and did improv in college, and still writes sketches and stand-up today. He enjoys playing games of Catan at least once a week, where he can destroy his friends. Bryan loves games that require a grind and allow you to see your character develop, whether that is through gaining levels or equipment. Gaming brings people together today in a way that it couldn't even 20 years ago. The community has grown immensely and online gaming is at an all time high, which makes writing about it much more fulfilling for Bryan, as there is a niche for everyone.
