About - Nicole Whalen: Nicole Whalen knew from an early age that she wanted to become an author and write about things she loves the most. Her family knew that being an author was just in the stars for her and was extremely supportive in accomplishing those goals. Which is why Nicole decided to get a diploma in creative writing and continue her education and experience of becoming maybe one day a best seller. Alongside her being an author she loves playing games whenever possible. There was something about the classics she loved growing up. Although she was intrigued with how gameplay has progressed and evolved throughout the years, the classics were still her favorite. These would include games such as Knights and Merchants, Stronghold and of course let us not forget about Pokémon. The thing she loved most about games was how the story behind each one would speak to her on a level that she didn’t know before. She became quickly engrossed within the gameplay and even at times replayed once completed. Nicole is constantly seeking new opportunities about writing and could not think of a better way than to write about games and even get someone to be as passionate about gameplay as her.
