40. Sunless Sea

Sunless Sea takes place in the same Victorian Gothic world as Fallen London. As such, expect doom and gloom to be your constant companion throughout your adventures in its dark, underground ocean. As a steamship captain, your job is to brave the unknown, while dealing with monstrous crabs, hordes of murderous bats, and living icebergs. You can add cannibalism and madness to that list too! Manage your crew, make a deal with the devil, upgrade your ship, engage in real-time combat, recruit unique characters, sire a new generation of explorers, and more in one of the best PC games of 2015.

39. Wasteland 2: Director's Cut

Set in an alternate timeline where a nuclear holocaust devastates the entire world, Wasteland 2 is about the Desert Rangers, a militaristic group that assists survivors of the harsh southwestern desert. When a veteran ranger is found murdered after investigating an unusual radio signal describing “man and machine becoming one”, players are charged with continuing his mission. Wasteland 2 features a party system, and turn-based combat that pushes tactics to the forefront of the action. The Director’s Cut comes with enhanced graphics, thousands of lines of new dialogue, new tactical attacks, and a Perks & Quirks system that allows for improved party customization. This is one RPG that shouldn’t be missed!

38. Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide

Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide is a co-operative first-person action game in which you shoot and slice up swarms of stinking rat-men. The city of Ubersreik has been overrun by filthy Skaven. Choose one of five unique heroes, then ally yourself with up to three others to stop the infestation. Thirteen immersive levels take you from the tops of enormous towers to the dank depths of the city. And because this is a Warhammer game, expect mountains of gore and buckets of blood as you cut foes in half, separate their heads from their shoulders, or shoot them at point blank between the eyes. Features a vast diversity of weapons including blades, firearms, and magical staves; intelligent and highly mobile enemies that spawn dynamically; a story befitting the dark fantasy universe of Warhammer; and more in one of the best PC games of 2015!

37. Transformers: Devastation

Relive the 80s in what is the best tribute to Transformers Generation 1. Play as Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Wheeljack, or Grimlock as you fight to foil an evil Decepticon plot to transform the Earth into a new Cybertron. Transformers: Devastation is pure action, and offers players variety of methods to destroy their enemies. A quick roundhouse kick the jaw can be followed up with a flurry of punches to the sternum. Then complete the combo by transforming into a vehicle, and smashing your foe into piles of scrap! Even your favorite bad guys are here, from Megaron to the Insecticons. Boasting one of the best combat systems in gaming, the return of beloved voice actors, and crisp, cartoony visuals that do the original animated series proud, the explosive Transformers: Devastation is one of the best PC games of 2015.
