Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire Gameplay

Pillars of Eternity II is the sequel to Obsidian’s acclaimed masterpiece, Pillars of Eternity, which feels like it takes place in a completely different world from the original.

Building on the success of the first game, it's more atmospheric open and gives players more freedom to explore its depths. If you didn’t play the first Pillars of Eternity, there won’t be a problem understanding the story. Deadfire not only neatly and summarizes the events of the original game in the intro but gives you the chance to create a history for your character, essentially simulating an imported save.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire has a real-time combat system that allows you to pause and make adjustments that make battling more smoother, exciting and challenging.

You never know how strong you really are until you come face to face with a God and fear is no longer an option.

The overview is beautiful and the battle system is very engaging.
