9. Weevil

This gun has undergone several upgrades/downgrades since the launch of Black Ops 3. A recent buff has propelled the Weevil back on the scene, and here’s why.

With one of the highest firing rates in the game, combined with an extremely large magazine size, this gun is often compared to the P90 of COD 4. If you are the spray and pray type, be sure to check out the Weevil.

The latest buff has seen an improvement to its killing range. Similar to the VMP, this gun is a 4-6 shot kill. 4 shots in close quarters, and 6 in those long distances. Previously, in the medium to long distances it was useless, with the ridiculous recoil and low damage it done. Now, there is an improvement to that 5 shot kill range. To sum up, using the Weevil in short to medium distances will be lethal.

With 50 bullets per magazine, there isn’t any call for extended mags. Using grip will slightly manage that recoil. Aiming for the chest area will be the most effective as the gun recoils slightly up, landing you with a headshot.
