World of Tanks Best Europe Tanks for Every Tier

World of Tanks Best European Tanks
European guys hanging out!

Hello, tankers!

We know there is great history between European Countries and tanks. Britain used them for making tea and pushing through impassable trenches in WW1 having battles like hell. French used them for fancy surrendering and holding the Maginot Line. Germany used them for Blitzkrieg for going Soviet Winter rapidly and freezing. Soviet used them for rushing onto Tiger tanks with T-34’s and lost at least 3/5 of them for 1 Tiger.

As you can see, tanks and European Countries have a great relationship between them. They are tank’s father But at the same time they grow up together. They’ve made each other. They won battles together, they lost together. They hold the Berlin Wall. They love each other, no doubt!

But the problem is, which tanks are the best European Tanks? And why? Aren’t you curious? Let’s go deep into European Tanks.

Here is the answer for them. Here are the best European Tanks in the World of Tanks.

Tier IV

Matilda

  • DPM—1639 Hp
  • Dispersion—0.35
  • Penetration—121 mm
  • Top Speed—24 km/h
  • Thickest Armor—75 mm
  • View Range— 340 m

Conclusion

  • Nightmare of tier IV. As like valentine S35, but it is a medium tank. At the same time, it’s all characteristic points of a heavy tank.
  • It is the most heavily armored tank in tier IV. Because of that, it can bounce lots of shells in tier III, IV, and V. Turtle of tier IV, a real headache for enemies.
  • Its gun's alpha damage is very low with 55 Hp. But with short reload time, great aim time and good dispersion hold that bad feature. Continuously engagement can annoy enemies, no doubt.
  • Because of its great armor, its weakness appears, mobility. With a top speed of 24 km/h, it can get flanked easily and makes Matilda a priority target for artillery. Enemies won’t have any doubt while engaging Matilda...

Tier V

AT 2

  • DPM— 2040 HP
  • Aim Time— 1.63 sec.
  • Dispersion— 0.35 m
  • Top Speed— 20 km/h
  • Turret?— No
  • Hull Armor— 152 mm

Conclusion

  • AT 2 is a tank destroyer, but actually, it’s a ram for tier V.
  • Its gun is low caliber with excellent DPM and aim time. It can damage enemies with continuous shots. Annoying like Matilda, typical British in World of Tanks.
  • Alpha damage 75 is low but 2.21 sec. of reload time suppresses this feature. It has great DPM for giving enemies hell, no doubt.
  • It has brutal armor. 152 mm thickness with a bit weird design. It’s too hard to penetrate it if you don’t know where to shoot. But if you know upper glacis, gun mantlet, and big cupola are weak points, no problem at all. In the long range, its armor is more useful.
  • It’s a huge tank with heavy armor, which means very poor mobility.  Its top speed is poor, including slow acceleration and very bad turning values, it has a turtle soul in it. It can get flanked easily, turretless design and poor mobility make it very vulnerable.

Tier VI

ARL 44

  • DPM— 1501 HP
  • Penetration— 212 mm
  • Aim Time— 3.26 sec.
  • Dispersion— 0.36 m
  • Top Speed— 37 km/h
  • Hull Armor— 120 mm
  • Turret Armor— 110 mm

Conclusion

  • ARL 44 is one of the favorite tanks in tier VI.
  • Starting with its 90 mm gun. Excellent penetration, it can penetrate even tier VIII’s. Poor aim time and a bit low DPM managed to balance this gun. Its alpha damage is fine too. With a great depression angle, it can be used anywhere.
  • Its armor is great in front. Greatly angled upper glacis with great angling can face most of tier VI’s. Turret armor is not usable much, there is no angle. Direct hits can penetrate easily. Side armors are poor too. Don’t trust anywhere, just upper glacis.
  • Mobility is great for heavy tanks. Good acceleration and power-weight ratio. Usable for taking positions, flanking, etc. Traverse speeds are bad, especially for the turret.

Tier VII

Su-100M1

  • DPM— 2203 Hp
  • Penetration— 212 mm
  • Aim Time— 2.21 sec
  • Dispersion— 0.39 m
  • Turret? — No
  • Stationary camo % — 20.18 / 4.22
  • View range— 350 m
  • Radio range— 525 m

Conclusion

  • Su-100 M1 is a very surprising tank destroyer.
  • It can penetrate most tier X tanks, it can bounce tier IX shells. Greatly angled thick armor can surprise enemies with the little hull. They won’t accept it as a real threat.
  • Thanks to the small silhouette you can use your camouflage and engage enemies. If needed it can change position so fast. Great high speed, gives mobility like a medium tank.
  • Enemy penetration from the front can damage the engine in front and maybe cause the engine to catch fire. Be careful when taking positions.  Engine failure means DEATH to non-turreted tank destroyer.
  • Avoid higher-tier shells. Don’t let enemies go to your sides.
  • You will give them hell no doubt.

Tier VIII

Rhm.-Borsig Waffenträger

  • DPM—2666 Hp
  • Penetration—246 mm
  • Aim Time— 2.21 sec
  • Dispersion— 0.34 m
  • Turret? —Yes
  • Stationary camo % — 22.52 / 3.44
  • View range— 360 m
  • Radio range— 700 m

Conclusion

  • Exterminator of tier VIII, nicknamed it Roomba, shortly RHM.
  • With a 128mm gun, it can deal lots of damage with ease. With great penetration and accuracy, it’s a fatal TD.
  • Thanks to its turreted design it is more functional, more deadly. With great camouflage, it can snipe without getting spotted.
  • The problem starts when it gets spotted. Low mobility with paper-thin armor can cause annoying results. All enemies will take revenge on you in this situation.
  • Be careful when taking positions, don’t move into close quarters. Patience is the key for RHM players.

Tier IX

Obj. 263

  • DPM— 2249 HP
  • Penetration— 270 mm
  • Aim Time— 2.01 sec.
  • Dispersion— 0.41 m
  • Top Speed— 55 km/h
  • View Range— 360 m
  • Camouflage Values— 14.14 / 2.16

Conclusion

  • Obj. 263, our old tier X friend, is giving hell tier IX’s nowadays.
  • Its 130 mm gun was taken from IS-7 and upgraded. With excellent penetration and aim time, it is more dangerous than IS-7’s gun. But they forgot something. Accuracy… Even mid-range accuracy is poor.
  • It’s a Soviet tank. So, there is no depression, turretless design with bit-poor gun traverse angles making everything much harder.
  • It has excellent frontal armor. It can even face gold shells. Very durable, trustable. Other than front armor not trustable. Paper-thing side and rear armor, with no roof. Very vulnerable against flanking and arty shells.
  • Excellent mobility satisfies players. Great top speed, acceleration. You can take position faster than other TD’s and heavy tanks. In dangerous situations, retreating won’t be any problem either.
  • Thick armor with great top speed makes ramming very easy. It can deal huge damages.

Tier X

Obj. 268 V4

  • DPM— 2392 Hp
  • Penetration— 293 mm
  • Aim Time— 2.4 sec
  • Dispersion— 0.4 m
  • Turret? — No
  • Stationary camo % — 13.91 / 1.88
  • View range— 370 m
  • Radio range— 720 m

Conclusion

  • We can’t say it’s a tank destroyer, heavy tank, or medium tank. It can do everything they can.
  • Here is one of the most overpowered tanks in the game. The power of the Stalinium comes again like a masterpiece. A frightening, overwhelming tank destroyer.
  • You can go wherever you want with its great mobility; you can shoot whoever you want. You can stand all enemy shells with your frontal armor.
  • You can use it as a normal tank destroyer or like a heavy tank or medium tank it doesn’t matter. Your only problem would be showing your sides.
  • The gun is not accurate at long distances. There is a weak spot on the engine bay’s upper side.  It’s hard to penetrate with an AP shell, but HE shells can damage there.
  • Sometimes cupolas can be dangerous too. Use your mobility to not get shot at and engage enemies at the same time. They can’t hurt you easily.
