[Top 5] SWTOR Best Armor for Bounty Hunter

SWTOR Best Armor for Bounty Hunter
Channel the spirit of the Mandalorian with these armor sets!

Bounty Hunters are all the rage now that The Mandalorian has reached peak popularity across the globe. Whether you’re hoping to live out your dreams of being a Mandalorian yourself, or simply want to be a gun for hire, the Bounty Hunter is sure to need armor that matches their job description. Star Wars: The Old Republic is in full Bounty Hunter celebration these days – this is the best time for all Hunter related cosmetics! There’s plenty of heavy armor to be scrapped together from the Galactic Trade Network (GTN), SWTOR’s player-to-player auction, but if you want the most iconic and memorable gear resting on your shoulders as you trapse outwards into the galaxy to collect on that bounty, I’d recommend the premium cosmetic armor sets below!

5. Mandalore the Preserver’s Armor Set

If you’ve ever played Knights of the Old Republic, you’ll remember the iconic armor set of Mandalore the Preserver himself, Canderous Ordo. He was a badass, and you can be too with his armor set!

  • This set is completely dyeable, meaning you can make it pretty much any color you want, as long as you find a dye pack that suits your tastes!
  • Armored yet still form-fitting and flattering, this set is sure to make you look sleek and lethal.

Right now, this set is available on the Cartel Market for 1,440 Cartel Coins. You can also find it on the GTN for around 37 million in-game credits, depending on which server you’re on.

4. Mandalorian Hunter Armor Set

This is another throwback to the beloved Knights of the Old Republic games, the OG Mandalorian armor! If you hear the word Mandalorian, chances are this is one of the first looks you envision.

  • There really is no other set that can be called classic Bounty Hunter armor than this one. The best Hunters are of course, the Mandalorians themselves!
  • This armor is nice, because there’s no extra doodads attached to it. What you see is what you get, simple and straight to the point.

You can pick up this set on the Cartel Market for 1,440 Cartel Coins, or look it up on the GTN for around 25 million in-game credits.

3. Merciless Seeker’s Armor Set

This is one of my personal favorites, not just for Bounty Hunters. Plated in the bones of your successful hunts, this set is unlike any other.

  • While this set doesn’t have a flair, it is dyeable (even on the bone sections).
  • Equipped with a kama on the back, this set will make you feel like you’re part of Death Watch’s most elite fighters!

You can snag this armor set for 2,600 Cartel Coins on the Market, or a whopping 500 million on the GTN. While both of these prices are rather steep, there is a third option out there for the more frugal minded player: during the annual Rakghoul Event, this set has a super rare chance to drop off of Eyeless, a single raid boss only active during the event. This method is of course free, but requires quite a bit of luck.

2. Mandalorian Stormbringer’s Armor

I always picture this set being worn by the Mandalorian Crusaders who rode the Basilisks between the atmospheres of Dxun and Onderon – total daredevils.

  • This set really brings “crusader” to mind when one takes in the chainmail aspects along the arms.
  • The Stormbringer set comes with a small flair. After drawing your weapon, the sight on the helmet will drop down over your eyes (as pictured).

This set is on the Cartel Market for 2,100 Cartel Coins, and goes for around 600 million on the GTN currently. It is also available in a bundle on the Market, where it actually comes with a Basilisk War Mount: as of this article, it is currently on sale for 3,300 Coins, with a regular price of 4,400 CCs.

1. Infamous Bounty Hunter Armor Set

Din Djarin has absolutely become the world’s favorite Bounty Hunter since The Mandalorian aired, even more so now that the second season is in full swing. While not as shiny as his armor in the show, this set definitely captures its essence.

  • This set comes equipped with not one, but two flairs. When your weapon is drawn, the gauntlet opens up with two scissor-like knives, as the sights on the helmet slides down into place over your visor.
  • Armored, yet comfortable with this set’s jacket, you’ll look like you mean business charging into the battlefield wearing this.

The armor alone is up for sale on the Cartel Market for 2,100 Cartel Coins – however, the complete set, the Payday blaster rifle and the Amban JP blaster rifle can all be bought as a bundle for 4,800 Coins. Surprisingly, this set is just a bit cheaper than the older Stormbringer’s set on the GTN, around 400 million in-game credits.
