[Top 10] LOL Champions That Can Play Multiple Roles

[Top 10] LOL Champions That Can Play Multiple Roles
Why main one role when you can be everywhere :D!

Are you bored of your current role but you’re not bored of your champion? You’re in a weird situation if you are. Or maybe you’re looking for a champion that can fill out multiple roles without the burden of being reported and flamed. Well, let me introduce you to these 10 champions.

Who can go to multiple roles and still do perfectly fine. With these champions, you won’t have an issue being auto-filled or quining multiple different roles or maybe even swapping with your teammates.

If you do have a problem with that, well you’re a bit special in the head aren’t you. But don’t worry you aren’t the only one, everyone still loves you the same. Now that you know about these champions how about we get into the list.

10. Akali

“Rules were made to be broken.”

Our first champion on this list is the girl that’s always getting the nerf hammer slammed onto her head. No matter what build you go to, you better make sure to keep it a secret. If Riot sniffs out that people are having fun with Akali she’s getting nerfed. Either her or the items.

There’s no way around it. Recently Akali was pretty fun to play if you built “Chemtank” on her, well that item has been nerfed recently. Why? Because it was viable on Akali. You might think that I’m lying to you or trying to make Riot look bad, I’m not just checking the internet and you’ll get your answer.

When it comes to the champion alone Akali has a lot of dashes in her kit. She can jump over any obstacle, dodge any incoming abilities and danger, and on top of that, she can go invisible with her smoke bomb. Of course, she has to stay in the smoke bomb but that’s a story for another time. Akali can be played on top or mid. But most of the time she’s being played on mid-lane.

Roles Akali Can Play:

  • Mid
  • Top

9. Galio

“Defender of Demacia.”

Here we have Galio. The true defender of Demacia and its people. He’s the dude you always want to watch your back in a sticky situation. Why is that? Well, that’s because Galio is an AP tank who can take a beating and still stand on his two feet.

He’s great against AP champions especially. Plus his ultimate ability allows him to jump the whole map to help his team in need. His passive gives him an AP shield that only goes down if an AP ability hits him. Galio can be played either on the mid-lane or if you got auto-filled support you can play him like that.

He’s pretty good support as well. Since he can taunt people to only attack him and can dash in front of his ADC to take the incoming damage. And if the mid laner is getting beaten up Galio can quickly jump to him using his ultimate ability. Isn’t this champion just great?

Roles Galio Can Play:

  • Mid
  • Support

8. Cassiopeia

“There’s no antidote for my venom.”

A snake has made its way to the summoner's rift and that’s the one and only Cassiopeia. People who main this champion can go to 3 different roles. I mean they’re never in any danger if they get auto-filled. The only thing that matters to these people is that they play their snake.

Cassiopeia has one of the most unique ultimate abilities in the game. She can turn people to stone. After they’re turned to stone your team can proceed to beat them up and shatter them into million pieces. Why would they do that? Well, to win of course. Dummy. Cassiopeia also deals additional damage to people who are poisoned with her E.

If nobody can poison a target she can do it herself with her Q or W. Also when people are standing in the W they can’t use any dashes, flashes, and so on. All in all, she’s a fun champion to play and main.

Roles Cassiopeia Can Play:

  • Mid
  • Top
  • ADC

7. Akshan

“I like to pretend I’m Ezio Auditore Da Firenze.”

Up next we have Akshan, the guy so broken that Riot Games won’t even nerf him. The main reason is he’s a relatively new champion so they won’t touch him at all. Akshan also loves pretending he’s an assassin from the Assassin’s Creed franchise.

I mean the dude can go invisible, can slight shot himself around corners, and shoot out a boomerang that increases its range with each entity hit. Yes, as long as the boomerang hits something it will gain range. Almost every single ability in his kit has some kind of passive ability.

But the most important one is from his W that can revive dead teammates as long as Akshan kills the guy who murdered your whole team. Does that seem a bit broken? If yes, don’t worry. This guy can appear in 3 lanes so you’re never safe from people who love playing him.

Roles Akshan Can Play:

  • Top
  • Mid
  • ADC

6. Poppy

“It’s you and me hammer!”

Here we have our dear Poppy. This champion once smashed me into a wall, turned me around, and just went to town. By that analogy I mean I lost a 1v1 to Poppy as an ADC. Don’t worry I was 5-0 and Poppy was 0-2 but hey it’s not the game that’s bad it’s me as a player.

Poppy can appear in 3 different roles, maybe 4 but that is if you wanna risk getting reported by everyone in the game if you decide to go mid. So I won’t be listing that role as the main one for this champion. Poppy is a natural tank. She can tackle people into walls, smash them with her hammer and maybe even throw a shield at their face for fun.

But no worries after Poppy is done beating you up she will continue her endless quest to return the hammer she wields to the original owner. Little does this Alzheimer's midget know, she’s the original owner of the hammer.

Roles Poppy Can Play:

  • Top
  • Jungle
  • Support

5. Sett

“Wanna fight bruh?”

Some people call this guy a chad while others call him a fuck-boi I call him a damn broken champion. People who haven’t played against Sett on bot lane don’t know real pain. He can single-handedly punch you out of existence and survive on little to nothing HP.

Why is that the case? Well, that’s because of his W that deals true damage when you’re in the center of the ability. It was a great idea to add this Riot Games. Sett can also bring people closer to him and he sprints faster toward enemies when he uses his Q ability.

Sett can also suplex someone into the ground giving them a brain tumor and probably caving in their poor ol’ skull. That’s Sett for ya. Now if this seems a bit OP for you don’t worry he can go 3 different lanes, you can’t escape him.

Roles Sett Can Play:

  • Top
  • Mid
  • Support

4. Zac

“My sounds were created by putting beans into a condom and smacking it around.”

Ah yes, Zac the guy who looks like a piece of slime but can single-handedly fold your team in half. Zac is the type of champion that you want to play only if you have a good team around you. If you don't do well Zac might be a bit useless.

This champion heavily relies on teammates and IQ. If your team doesn’t have those two things, it’s a lost cause trust me. Since Zac can jump long distances with his E ability you’ll want to use that to your advantage. Gank lanes, roam, or better yet help out your team in any way you can.

His main role is a jungle but he can be played in two different ones as well. Zac can also make two people kiss and he can explode himself into a tinier version by dealing AoE damage. Zac is pretty good to have on your team if you like winning.

Roles Zac Can Play:

  • Jungle
  • Mid
  • Support

3. Yasuo

“My blade gets heavier each day.”

Here we have the champion that everyone knows about. You probably even know the roles that this champion plays. Yasuo is a great character with a great background story and gameplay. The thing that ruined Yasuo is the players.

Most people pick this champion because he’s popular while not knowing what any of his abilities do. Hence he became an infamous champion. Yasuo can summon winds from his blade and summon a wind wall that blocks all incoming abilities. Except for laser-type abilities, those can go through.

Yasuo can also dash infinitely with his E and he can use his ultimate ability on any target that’s knocked up in the air. The best part about this champion is that he doesn’t use any mana whatsoever. Those are always great!

Roles Yasuo Can Play:

  • Mid
  • Top
  • ADC

2. Pantheon

“They fear me not because I am a god but because I AM A MAN!”

Meet Pantheon the god of war in the League of Legends universe. I’d ask you to do yourself a favor and read his lore. The amount of testosterone you’ll get will make you wanna go to the gym instantly and get yourself ripped.

You’ll be doing yourself a favor in many ways, my friend. Pantheon can go pretty much anywhere and that’s thanks to his abilities and his passive ability. His passive empowers his next ability that Pantheon uses. Except for his ultimate ability. No matter which role you play Pantheon your main focus should be roaming and helping out your team in need.

As Pantheon, you have damage and CC, which is perfect for going up against anyone you don’t particularly like. With the roaming process, your ultimate ability helps you out a lot as it allows you to jump a great distance.

Roles Pantheon Can Play:

  • Top
  • Jungle
  • Mid
  • Support

1. Gragas

“This champion reminds me of one of my friends. Because they’re both fat af.”

For our final champion, we have Gragas. Isn’t he just beautiful and sexy? Look at those toes. Mmmm I’d love to lick them. Gragas might be ginger but he does have a soul. In his damn belly. Gragas is an AP mage/tank hybrid. He will be anything that you want him to be.

With Gragas, you can potentially one-shot people if you’re going for an AP build. During the later stages of the game, you can expect Gragas to dominate the battlefield. That’s because of his kit and his abilities. He has a dash ability, a slow, an ability that gives him extra armor and magic resistance, and with his ultimate, he pushes people away from him.

It’s fun doing combos and other stuff with this champion. I just hope that Gragas one day gets his KD/A skin. Because people would go crazy over it. Trust me on that. And also no matter where you go a Gragas main will follow you into your role.

Roles Gragas Can Play:

  • Top
  • Jungle
  • Mid
  • Support
