Go big or go home! The first method on this list is the riskiest, most fun and stupidly lucrative; that’s right… Heists! You have to agree; planning a heist with your friends, collecting the necessary equipment and implementing is extremely fun. Not to mention the ridiculous amounts of money you earn after completing it. Heists are pretty lucrative but risky as well. You could plan the whole thing and invest your money on guns and other equipment, only to get shot during the heist, which will result in a huge loss.

So, before proceeding to the heist make sure that you are prepared and well-equipped for it, instead of jumping right into the first heist you lay your eyes on.

Earning: Heists earning depend on your percentage of the cut during the pre-planning and can range from $100,000 to $4,500,000.

2) Investing in Stocks

Just like real life, investing in stock in GTA 5 can make you homeless or a millionaire overnight. GTA 5 has two stock markets; The LCN and BAWSAQ. The LCN is for offline investing, but BAWSAQ is the online stock market that keeps fluctuating depending on your in-game actions. If you properly analyze how these markets work, you can easily hack it and make millions!

Stock investing is the easiest way to earn a large amount of money but it requires patience, so when you go with this route, don’t forget to fast-forward six in-game hours by sleeping in your safehouse.

3) Assassination Missions

The Lester assassination missions are unlocked pretty early in the game. Oblivious gamers might consider them compulsory for the story and complete them pretty early on, without keeping an eye on the stock market fluctuations. The Lester assassination missions are not a compulsion to progress the GTA 5 story. You need to save these missions till the very end of the game as they will help you earn big bucks after the final mission (next on the list).

These assassinations usually revolve around corporate giants with expensive stocks in either the LCN or BAWSAQ. Eliminating the corporates plummet their stocks and skyrocket their competitors. So, you know exactly which stock is cheap pre-assassination and how high it will go post-assassination.

You will earn around $40 Million (more, if you kill off one protagonist, but we aren’t traitors… right?). What most people don’t realize, as mentioned above, the Lester assassinations can be done AFTER the final score. That means:

Do the final score > Earn lots of money > Invest in the stock market > Stonks!

5) Rent From Owned Properties

If $2.1 Billion still did not clench your thirst of more and more money, then investing in properties all over the San Andreas will help you earn unlimited money. You can buy properties throughout the map, though some are restricted to specific characters.
These properties will in-turn earn you weekly rent. While some properties like Los Santos Customs, Downtown Cab Co., etc. will provide you their services free of cost. Be on a lookout for the occasional property missions though, because if you don’t spare time for them, you’ll be getting $0 that week.
A hack to earning from properties is by sleeping in your safehouse and fast-forwarding time till you have accumulated enough rent money to buy the item you need.
