Cosmetic items in dota 2 can be infused with certain rewards and gifts you get from old battlepasses and tournaments, these infusers when used on an item will turn it into an infused item giving it an ambient effect.

However some items have sockets in them that can be filled with gems that also change the animations and ambiance of a hero.

First you gotta have the item that has a gem socket in it, then you can buy a kinetic gem that can be placed in said socket, after this gem is placed the item will be infused and hero's animations will be changed.

How it works:

• Buy a cosmetic item or set that has a socket in it.
• Add a kinetic gem to the socket.
• If you want to infuse an item, you can use the infusers, you can get infusers from the dota 2 store.
