Nemesis is a killer that is described and seen as one of the most fearful and scariest killers in the game due to its dark enormous size posture, which would make it quite terrifying at first sight, especially with the loud footstep sound going louder and louder as it approaches you. A true Resident Evil Killer...

Now, let the fog reveal the top 5 best builds for the Nemesis:

5. The Bamboozled Anatomy Nemesis Build

Dead By Daylight Gameplay By MSA_Matei

The Bamboozled Anatomy Nemesis Build is a concentration of super vaulting powers, enabling the killer to vault much faster and making it unpredictable for the survivors and, therefore, harder for them to escape the killer.

Nonetheless, it is a build which I would recommend for killers who are not a fan of looping, in which this beautiful combination would allow the prospect of looping to be stopped with the help of anti-vaulting perks.

What the Bamboozled Anatomy Nemesis Build Excels In:

  • Save the Best for Last is an amazing perk. It will allow you to stack cool-down reduction attacks, making it incredibly useful, especially for a large killer, where attack cool-down animations are much slower.
  • The combination of Superior Anatomy and Bamboozle makes this build incredibly powerful, especially with the ability to vault 55% faster while blocking the window, making the survivors unable to loop in the same place again.

Build details & perks:

  • Deadlock: Whenever a Generator is completed, The Entity blocks the Generator with the most progression for 20/25/30 seconds. The Aura of the blocked Generator is revealed to you in white during this time.
  • Save the Best for Last: Each time you hit a Survivor other than your Obsession with a Basic Attack, Save the Best for Last gains 1 Token, up to a maximum of 8 Tokens: Gain a stack-able 5 % Cool-down reduction on successful attacks per Token, up to a maximum of 40 %. Each time you hit your Obsession with a Basic Attack, Save the Best for Last loses 4/3/2 Tokens. When the Obsession is sacrificed or killed, you can neither gain nor lose any more Tokens. You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
  • Bamboozle: Performing a Vault action is 5/10/15 % faster and calls upon The Entity to block that Vault location for Survivors for 8/12/16 seconds. Only one Vault location may be blocked this way at any given time.
  • Superior Anatomy: When a Survivor performs a rushed vault within 8 metres of you, Superior Anatomy activates: Increases your Vaulting speed by 30/35/40 % the next time you vault a Window. Superior Anatomy deactivates after vaulting. Superior Anatomy has a cool-down of 30 seconds.

4. The Nemesis Erupted Meta Build

Dead By Daylight Gameplay By MSA_Matei

The Nemesis Erupted Meta Build is the main generator regressor which focuses on slowing down the game and making it hard for the survivors to complete generators.

Nonetheless, it is a build that is recommendable for killers who would like to slow down the game as much as possible, with the help of generator regressing perks which would make this game very slow, with a higher probability of the killer winning the game.

What the Nemesis Erupted Meta Build Excels In:

  • With Pop Goes the Weasel, you can manually kick generators with a small boost of regression, allowing you to regress -20% of the current progression, making it one of the most powerful regression perks in the game.
  • With Call of Brine, you can have the generator regress at 200% of normal regression speed, which is incredibly powerful, especially with the additional feature of having a notification once the survivor touches the generator.

Build details & perks:

  • Overcharge: Overcharge a Generator by performing the Damage Generator on it: The next Survivor interacting with that Generator is faced with a difficult Skill Check. Failing the Skill Check results in an immediate Progression loss of 3/4/5 %. Succeeding the Skill Check grants no bonus Progression but prevents the Generator from exploding. After Overcharge is applied to a Generator, the following effect applies: Increases the Regression speed from 75 % to 200 % over the next 30 seconds.
  • Pop Goes the Weasel: After hooking a Survivor, Pop Goes the Weasel activates for the next 35/40/45 seconds: The next Generator you damage instantly loses -20 % of its current Progression. Regular Generator Regression applies afterwards, and Pop Goes the Weasel deactivates.
  • Call of Brine: After damaging a Generator, the Call of Brine activates for 60 seconds. The Generator regresses at 150/175/200 % of the normal Regression speed, revealing its Aura to you. Each time a Survivor completes a Good Skill Check on a Generator affected by Call of Brine, you receive a Loud Noise Notification.
  • Eruption: After kicking a Generator, its Aura is highlighted in yellow. When you put a Survivor into the Dying State by any means, every affected Generator explodes and starts regressing, removing the highlighted Aura. Applies an immediate -10 % Progression penalty. Any Survivor repairing a Generator when it explodes will scream and suffer from the Incapacitated Status Effect for 15/20/25 seconds. The eruption has a cool-down of 30 seconds.

3. The Powered v2.0 Meta Nemesis Build

Dead By Daylight Gameplay By JaveHunt

The Powered v2.0 Meta Nemesis Build is a powered universality build that allows regressing and melee perks to work together, making it a great chemistry within this build and harder for the survivor to work with.

Nonetheless, this makes a great build with combinations of melee attacks and automatic generator difficulty, which would make it hard for the survivors to comprehend.

What the Powered v2.0 Meta Nemesis Build Excels In:

  • Overcharge allows the killer to manually kick the generator with an additional boost which would cause the survivors to face an incredibly hard skill check, which is often only successfully hit by experienced players, making it a quite powerful surprise on the generator, especially for the first time.
  • Save the Best for Last is an amazing perk. It will allow you to stack cool-down reduction attacks, making it incredibly useful, especially for a large killer, where attack cool-down animations are much slower.

Build details & perks:

  • Corrupt Intervention: At the start of the Trial, the 3 Generators located farthest from you are blocked by The Entity for 80/100/120 seconds.

2. The ZombieGen Controlling Build

Dead By Daylight Gameplay By HipsterLion

The ZombieGen Controlling Build is no other than an improved version of the generator regression build, which would focus on slowing down the game and making it hard for the survivors to complete generators, making it even harder with this improved build.

Nonetheless, other perks are listed high on the leaderboard, and they all bring in the power of winning the game in the most imaginable way possible.

What the ZombieGen Controlling Build Excels In:

  • With Call of Brine, you can have the generator regress at 200% of normal regression speed, which is incredibly powerful, especially with the additional feature of having a notification once the survivor touches the generator.
  • Tinkerer is a quite powerful perk in which this build would have an advantage, as it will allow the killer to approach a progressing generator without any terror radius or sound, making the terrifying appearance into a terrifying jump scare as you are grabbed at any moment.

  • Tinkerer: Whenever a Generator is repaired to 70 %, you benefit from the following effects: Triggers a Loud Noise Notification for that Generator, revealing its location. Grants the Undetectable Status Effect for the next 12/14/16 seconds.

1. THE K/O Nemesis Lethal Build

Dead By Daylight Gameplay By D3AD Plays

The K/O Nemesis Lethal Build is considered one of the most powerful builds for the Nemesis, for no other reason than having the best universality and chemistry of perks that will allow you to have the biggest percentage of winning the game.

Nonetheless, this build comes in with a touch of speedy, powerful generator regression and the ultimate aura exposure revealed from the lockers, making it a build recommendable for all the killers who would like to have the most probable chance of winning and also to have fun.

What the K/O Nemesis Lethal Build Excels In:

  • With Barbecue & Chili, you can see survivors outside your area once hooking a survivor, which is very useful as it will allow you to predict the area and game styles in which the survivors are playing.
  • With Pop Goes the Weasel, you can manually kick generators with a small boost of regression, allowing you to regress -20% of the current progression, making it one of the most powerful regression perks in the game.

Build details & perks:

  • Pop Goes the Weasel: After hooking a Survivor, Pop Goes the Weasel activates for the next 35/40/45 seconds: The next Generator you damage instantly loses -20 % of its current Progression. Regular Generator Regression applies afterwards, and Pop Goes the Weasel deactivates.
  • Lethal Pursuer: At the start of the Trial, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to you for 7/8/9 seconds. Extends the duration of a Survivor's Aura being revealed to you by +2 seconds.
  • Barbecue & Chili: After hooking a Survivor, all Survivors who are at least 60/50/40 metres away from that Hook have their Aura revealed to you for 4 seconds.
