The best thing about this knife is the rare animation we get where the player balances the knife standing vertically on his palm along with the normal animation of spinning the knife on his palms. It is a comparatively cheaper knife than most of its counterparts.

9. Gut

The gut animation is a simple yet impressive motion where the player throws the knife in the air spinning and catching it immediately. The design of the knife is really cool, resembling a shark with a top and the back of the knife representing its teeth.

8. Stiletto

The stiletto has a very thin symmetrical pointy blade where the animation is quite simple where the knife pops out when the player presses the button at the center of the grip. There is also one rare animation that occurs once in a match where the player grabs the knife with his thumb, index, and middle finger and flips it in the air to grab it. This motion occurs for only two repetitions which makes this knife stand out.

7. M9 Bayonet

“This is the M-9 bayonet. Originally intended to be mounted on a rifle, it is also well suited to close-quarters combat.”

It is based on the real-life M9 Bayonet and named after the same. The M9 Bayonet animation is not to be taken lightly as it would be really difficult to pull in real life. When the knife is drawn the player spins it by the palm with a full 360 spin and immediately grabs the handle, making it look like a big fidget spinner. 

The M9 bayonet skins are really famous and are usually expensive, especially the dopplers (Phase 1,2,3,4), fade, and the marble fade.

Most of the community gets confused between M9 Bayonet and Bayonet thinking they are both the same because of the similar design, but the Bayonet’s animation is different and better. The player does something extraordinary and it needs our appreciation. When taken out, the bayonet rotates a full 360 on the back of the hand, and just when we think it is going to get out of hands, the player grabs it, making it a flawless movement.

5. Ursus

Ursus knife has the classiest design in Counter-Strike. It’s sleek and smooth and the variety of animations it shows is astonishing. It has 2 bring-out animations and two inspect animations.

The most attractive quality of this knife is the rare inspect animation in which the player constantly rolls the knife through his fingers for nearly 6 seconds and grabs it back. This caught a lot of attention of the community and led to a huge demand for this knife back when it was launched in 2013.

4. Karambit

“With its curved blade mimicking a tiger's claw, the karambit was developed as part of the southeast Asian martial discipline of silat. The knife is typically used with a reverse grip, with the finger ring on the index finger.”

The Karambit is the OG knife of Counter-Strike. This knife has been there since the starting of the game. It is grabbed in the unconventional opposite direction and the inspect animation rotates the knife on the thumb as the axis by pressing inspect and reload button repeatedly. The Karambit is a dream of many players as it is a knife with the highest fan following throughout the Counter-Strike marketplace.

3. Skeleton

“This skeletonized-tang knife has been taped at the handle for improved grip. The hole allows a finger to be threaded through for stability and safety.”

The skeleton knife is famous for its rare and unique animations. When the knife is drawn out, there is a 50% chance that the player will rotate it on his thumb and twirl it around with his wrist. In a similar way, there is also a very rare animation during inspecting animation that the player will put their finger in the hole between the handle and the blade and spin it around for as long as you hold your inspect button, almost like helicopter blades.

2. Talon

The Talon knife is similar to karambit in inspecting animation, but that’s not all there is to it. The draw-out animation of the Talon is unique where the player rotates the knife and stops it and pulls it back midway which gives a smooth feel. The rare inspect animation of Talon is where the player rotates the knife through the thumb in the hole and rotates indefinitely by holding the inspect button.

1. Butterfly

The butterfly has two draw animations and three inspect animations which makes it the only knife to have five different animations. The normal draw-out animation shows the player just simply flicking out the knife while in the rare draw-out animation the player spins it with an open hand before grabbing it. This knife can do various animations with the combination of inspecting and reload button is pressed repeatedly. The animation looks like a butterfly flapping its wings forward and backward and it is a beautiful sight to behold.
