4. Undertale

Undertale is an indie RPG game developed by Toby Fox. The game uses extremely old school graphics and gameplay. The game world is seen from a top down 2d perspective. Players assume control of a human child who has fallen underground into a region underneath the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier.

The humor is extremely good and well put.

The main quest in the game is to return the human child to the surface, in the process the player encounters various monsters and is faced with the decision to either kill them or befriend them. The choices made by the player affects the outcome          of the game with the dialogue and story changing based on the decisions made.

When you run away instead of fighting.

The game is humorous and features an intriguing storyline. If you enjoyed old school RPG games like Earthbound and Mario, be sure to check this one out.
