1. Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Duplex

Whether or not the Hanging Gardens of Babylon were real is a topic of much dispute. The legend claims that the most beautiful garden was constructed by Nebuchadnezzar II as a tribute to his wife who missed the green hills of her homeland Media. No archeological evidence has actually been discovered to prove the garden’s existence, but if it was real, you can imagine it being the most beautiful thing you’d ever seen.

Minecraft user Duplex constructed an interpretation of what he thought the Gardens looked like, and it is one of the best things I’ve ever seen in Minecraft. The attention to detail is astounding and the entire creation is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely check out the video above!
