45. Fallout 4

Fallout 4 has everything you want in an epic post-apocalyptc RPG. It boasts an enormous, painstakingly detailed open world that’s been ravaged by global nuclear war. It focuses on the remnants of a retro-futuristic culture that effortlessly merges 1950s America with crazy technology such as intelligent robots, super mutants, laser rifles, and genetic engineering. It's got hundreds of quests revolving around the world’s unusual mix of denizens, from friendly zombies to gangsters. It'll require you to make moral choices that shape the world around you. All the elements that make a great post-apocalyptic adventure are here. And the action is even better than before, featuring fast-paced shooting that you can slow down if you want a more tactical approach to combat. Add to that interesting companions (including an immortal dog), endless character customization options, and an unforgettable soundtrack, and you’ve got one of the best PC games of 2015.

44. Grand Theft Auto V

Set in the vibrant open world of Los Santos, Grand Theft Auto V revolves around three protagonists: ex-con Michael, former street gangster Franklin, and lowlife trailer park thug Trevor. Trouble with a Mexican drug lord kicks off a chain of events that forces them to work together on a series of heists. Switching between characters can be done on the fly, which adds a layer of group control to the gameplay. The game features a plethora of activities, including scuba diving, yoga, purchasing property, and even training Chop the Rottweiler to do tricks. It never stops giving you something to do, stealing away those hours like a crook in the night. It’s no surprise Grand Theft Auto V is lauded as one of the best PC games of 2015.

43. The Age of Decadence

The development team behind The Age of Decadence wanted to make something truly different, and the result is an unforgivingly challenging RPG about politics, picking the right battles, and surviving a world that is doing its best to stomp you to the ground. The turn-based combat is as hardcore as you can get, but it’s your dealings with the game’s hundreds of characters and events that make up the core experience. You can work with any of a trio of Noble Houses or the four guilds (assassins, merchants, army, thieves), and the nature of your quests will depend on whom you ally with. How you make the best of the situation to rise to the top is your choice. And make no mistake, your decisions matter, as they change the world around you. With countless unique characters, shady agenda to pursue (such as power grabs, political backstabbing, and assassinations), thousands upon thousands of lines of dialogue, and a cruel low magic fantasy world, The Age of Decadence is an incomparable RPG experience.

42. StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void

StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void ends Blizzard’s sci-fi magnum opus on a high note. This time, the story focuses on the Protoss perspective. You assume the role of Artanis as he prepares his people for the coming of the dark god Amon, as prophesied by the Xel’Naga. But with the entire galaxy at stake, it’ll take more than one faction to win the day. All three races return with new units and abilities, paving the way for fresh strategies, and even more battle options. All your favorite heroes, such as Kerrigan, Raynor, Zeratul, Zagara, and Horner have prominent roles in the story. We’ve been waiting more than a decade for the epic conclusion to the saga, and now here it is in the form of one of the best PC games in 2015.
